You can communicate with presenters from within the server application or Web site. But for presenters to reply to you, they must know your email or cell phone - whichever communication route you choose. |

The Server or Web site sends email from Meetings@PerfectCue.com. It can not receive replies. Each presenter has a unique Meeting ID that is encrypted.
Meeting times indicate Universal Time Code. The Clicker app download is a self-extracting installer that creates a sub-directory in the Program Files folder and a shortcut desktop icon. This will, nevertheless, present problems for some presenters with heavily secured computers. For SMS, the PerfectCue Server or Web site can send messages through a third-party server. If you provide your cell phone number, the presenter can reply directly to you. Presenters can download and install a desktop application or use a mobile phone to communicate with the Server. Contact details are provded. You may attach the logo or image from the Meeting record. |
